Solitaire Premium problems

I purchased a year subscription to Solitaire. 3 days later, my game went back to non-premium. I tried to uninstall/reinstall, and it still showed the need to upgrade to premium. I tried to re-purchase, and it errors, telling me to refresh my license with
uninstall/reinstall. After 10 times, it still does not allow premium in game, or to purchase. Microsoft refunded my purchase, but I still cant play or buy a premium version!

Premium Solitaire Problems

Despite over 9 hours of level 2 tech support and chat who did a complete re-installation of Windows 10, several attempts at using the troubleshooting software, a re-installation and update of video driver software and a couple of re-installations of MS Solitaire
Collection the most recent being 20 minutes ago...the game still freezes in mid-game, auto-resets itself and crashes by going to black screen that doesn't show the cards but does everything else...now what?

Same issue here - start around mid July - have tried the reload path multiple times to no avail.

 

Same exact problem for me, with maybe a twist. The subscription renewed just fine on my desktop computer, but on my Surface Pro 2, I get the same run-around about removing and reinstalling as the others.

 

Same issue with my mobile computer after upgrading the Windows 10 Anniversary release.

Have tried uninstall, new install, new purchase _ no way. Still the message telling me to refresh my license with uninstall/reinstall.

Any ideas/solutions?

 

Glad to see I'm not the only one having this problem. Reset fine on my Lumia phone but for the life of me I can't get it to work on my PC.

 

can't renew either......My premium status still shows up on my Surface Pro, but on my new HP Envy Windows 10, I cant even purchase the premium edition. I have uninstallled and reinstalled many times, with a restart every time but no change. I can still
play the game.

 

Hi I have an HP Envy as well. I have the same problems saying to uninstall game and refresh my license in the store app! I hate the ads! . Looking for a better quality game now!

 

Hi OctalHen 10379, I think someone also complained about this problem a few months ago and the reply was that the problem was being worked on. My surface pro took a dump so no I have to get used to less coins and ads until they get this corrected.

 

Apparently no one from Microsoft monitors these forums.

 

Since the clean installation of Windows 10 V. 1607 , I have the same problems. MS support told me that the Solitaire Collection App with Windows 10 is installed and will therefore not be supported by MS. I want to turn to the (German) community. This I
have done, but unfortunately also not receive an answer.

 

I have lost access to my Premium Edition as well that doesn't expire until October. Once I completed the update to the Windows Anniversary Edition, 1607, is when this happened. Every now and then (maybe 1 in 10 times) it will come up as Premium Edition,
but most of the time it doesn't. I'm having no trouble with the Microsoft Mahjong Collection only the Microsoft Solitaire Collection.
