    Solitaire Premium not working, as usual


    Hi

    I have paid for a monthly edition of Premium Solitaire for the past few months. Every month, the same issue - either it will not auto renew, or will not recognise me as Premium. This month, it has debited my bank account for the £1-69, but will not acknowledge my Premium status, so I get bombarded with ads and cannot go back and play games from previous months.

    I have tried uninstalling etc. I have used my PC's troubleshooting etc. Nothing has changed. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

    Adverts in Treasure Hunt

    Solitaire Premium is for Solitaire only. You will still get adverts for the other games, such as Treasure Hunt and Minesweeper.

    I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

    In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.

    Usually, until July 2020, there are Events including 30 games every other day.....now there are mini games every day.

    I pay premium and these easy games are not worth it.

    I want them to go back to the original format.

    Premium multiple Devices?

    Your premium status carries over to all machines that you log in with the same MS account. If it your desktop shows that you haven't paid, try uninstalling Solitaire on that computer, then open an Admin-level command prompt, type
    wsreset and hit <Enter>. That will reset the Windows Store, and when you download Solitaire Collection again it should work properly AND show that you've paid for Premium

    You are wrong, there is no "settings" in Microsoft Solitaire Premium!!!
