Hello!!

you have done the right thing you have to delete the game by compleyo and its data, clean the cache to restart the xbox and reinstall the game and then your updates.

In case you haven't heard Microsoft Solitaire Collection has corrected Sept.16th, Tri-Peaks Easy Challenge.

Exit it, and reboot and you'll get a different puzzle. Good Luck

Tommy. You may have gotten Tri Peaks to work. That is not the problem. The Sept. 16 Tri Peaks in the Daily Challenges in the Solitaire and Casual games is supposed to be easy but many of us cannot solve it. The right cards are not left at the end of the game. I hope Microsoft replaces it with something that works. I thought I was nuts until I saw others were having the same problem. Judy

I have this problem too. Dell XPS12 (Intel HD4000) In Windows 8, Tri-Peaks animations were fine but it regularly locked up the entire PC. In Windows 8.1 Preview, the card animations in Tri-Peaks are extremely jerky and most of the sounds are missing.
My old laptop with an NVidia GTX260M has no problems.

Most likely an Intel driver problem. Real shame because this is a great solitaire suite and I can't play it on my new tablet.
