Solitaire not responding

They have responded that they are aware on the facebook page for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but they still don't know how to fix it

its funny that solitaire works and not sudoku, they are both "X" box games.

Thanks for responding to us. It would be best to report this at the Microsoft Solitaire Page. I know they responding and update their page. When looking at the Microsoft
Solitaire Collection page on the Microsoft Casual Games site I did see that others were having the same issue.

Attempt to sign in as a Guest. Does it give the same error code when signing in that way?

I´m an older lady, who is not comfortable with trying all of your suggestions. It is not just my problem in Denmark. My 4 friends on the Microsoft Solitaire games in the US also cannot see each others scores. It must be a problem with the SolitaireGames setup.
