    Solitaire, Microsoft won't let me use the name I chose


    I was playing some of the solitaire games when I decide to do an event challenge. I was asked to set up an account and choose a screen name. I chose Jillity which no-one else had chosen. Today I wanted to try the challenge again and I was asked to sign
    in again. Once more I was asked to create a screen name. I entered Jillity and I was told the name had been taken. Yes, of course it has. It's been taken by me. What do I do now?

    I don't know whether this will help anyone, but I wasn't able to sign into Microsoft Solitaire by tapping the Solitaire tile, but I can if I open the Xbox app, then chose Solitaire.

    Unable to sign in using xbox live, error code 1170000

    I got it working by clicking on the Xbox icon in the microsoft solitaire collection app. Then after that launches a window I was able to go to its home screen and see my Microsoft Solitaire game information and there was a play button. When I clicked that
    it signed me in and let me play solitaire.

    As a side note I was having the same issue logging into Microsoft Mahjong. I was able to log in and play that game as well using the same method as above.
