Internet Access Down to Solitaire Day?

For some reason, I am unable to access the Solitaire day event. It keeps saying that I have problems with the connection but I am having no problem with my internet access. Is there a reason why this is happening?

Solitaire keeps saying no more moves

    Hi,

A corrupted file is one of the possible reasons as to why the Microsoft Solitaire Collection keeps informing you that you don't have more moves to take on the game. Let's try to isolate the issue by performing the following solutions:

Solution 1: Run the Windows App troubleshooter on this
    link
to scan and repair the game.

Solution 2: Remove temporary files on your computer.

Temporary files are automatically deleted after exiting an application or a game. However, restarting your computer without exiting an active Windows session won't delete temporary files. These files may cause issues running games
    on Windows 10.

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
    2. Select System, and then select Storage.
    3. Select This PC and click on Temporary files.
    4. Select Temporary files.
    5. Click Remove files.
    6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Solution 3: Reset the game from the Settings menu. This process can help restore corrupted game installation files.

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then click the Settings icon.
    2. Select System, and then select Apps & features.
    3. Find the game, and then click on Advanced options.
    4. Click Reset.
    5. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Solution 4: Reinstall the game from the Windows Store.

Let us know if the solutions work with your concern.

    Turn off co-op

Deal with it or move on to something else like solitaire.

    all sort of games

No. Some games of solitaire and mahjong cannot be won.

Around 20% of Solitaire games are unsolvable, and about 1 in 400 are unplayable (zero moves possible).

    Store/Download Card Games

It says a different thing every time I try to download, but in EVERY case it says for both MS Solitaire and Klondike Solitaire "You own this app and can install it". When I click Install it shows dots moving across top of screen as if it is doing something,
and then I get an error message as described above (no device, too slow connection or oops we have a problem on our end, try again -- with same results). Thanks for trying.

Sound problem since last update for Solitaire Collection and Tap Tiles.

I have the same sound issue as described by MelissaVMoon. Since the last update the sound in the solitaire games is not right. I get some sound effects when moving cards for example but none of the background sounds or music are there any more.
