Solitaire keeps asking to "Choose Save Data"

The attached notice keeps popping up in the middle of a game and when I select either option the game goes back in time. Then comes back on again. This happens on 2 different computers.

Can't use XBOX Games

I can't use XBOX Games because the Solitaire, where they have all sorts of things (Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzles) is down! I get "IMPORTING PREVIOUS SAVE GAME DATA. PLEASE WAIT. STEP 1 OF 9" or solitaire keeps LOADING. None of the things come up. HELP!!!

Unable to save personal settings 1

Just downloaded Fifa15 deluxe from marketplace and it keeps asking me to pick a lead profile. When I try to load or choose my profile, it melts telling. E that I am unable to save personal settings?.. .can anyone help?

Yeah it will data on Xbox is in the cloud so all saves are protected and you can choose to keep apps and games installed as well

Did you try a soft reset in the system settings?

You can choose to keep all saved data and games but refresh the console itself

it should sync automatically.

if there is a difference between the cloud save and the local save, read the information very carefully to work out which is the one you want to keep.

for example, your Xbox should have newer save data than the PC save on the Cloud (if that wasn't over written by the Xbox save data when you started the game up)

try starting on the PC and choose local data to keep as that should be your save with all your progress.

play for a while and let that save and synchronise the data with the cloud, then shut down the game and start it on Xbox and it should detect the cloud save and sync automatically.
