    I have a new laptop and am using my old microsoft account but my solitaire history isn't there. It says I'm signed in and connected to Xbox live but no record of past achievements. How can I get my history back?

    Thanks Francia, maybe I didn't make my problem clear. I only have 1 Microsoft account and when I sign in on my old pc Solitaire is fine, is connected and has my history, when I sign in on my new pc Solitaire says it's connected, it shows the same name and picture, but there is no history. I don't know why not or how to fix it.

    It may mean that you’re signed in under the wrong account. Kindly use and sign in other Microsoft account that you may have used.

    thats odd. have you looked at both your xbox and on the web to see if you did unlock them?

    i have had the issue before but after a day or so the achievements popped up out of nowhere
