Solitaire games will not load

Discus and support Solitaire games will not load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Games will not load.     Games will not load. When I select a daily challenge the game starts to load and then the entire app freezes. Cannot play any solitaire game .

    18 and 22 November Klondike doesn't work...

    selecting "Solitaire Collection" icon will not load any games.
