    Games can't be played if they will not load. All I get is a blank white page.

    Free Cell, Spider, TriPeaks, Pyramid and Klondike are all different forms of Solitaire. Solitaire is a term for probably hundreds of types of a card game for one player. For many people, Klondike is the first form they learned and likely what you think
    is "Solitaire".

    Hello

    I am starting out with the Microsoft Solitaire Games. Was playing the Star Club Klondike games and after I finished I only had 10 pts and need 35 to move on.

    My question is: Is there anyway to play the Easy games over again to get more points? I can't move on untill I have 35 pts or more for the Easy ones. Thanks for your help.

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!

    change the difficulty

    Open the main menu of microsoft solitaire. Scroll to the right ...you see starclub..more right achievements, more right medails, more right you see Klondike.

    In the klondike frame are two options with arrows to click. The left option is the one to make it more difficult....one card/ three card.

    Why do you allow Phishing advertising on your platform and in your products?

    Was the game that had the advertisement Microsoft Solitaire Collection, or was it just titled Klondike? If the game was just Klondike, then that has nothing to do with Microsoft/Xbox. Only Microsoft Solitaire Collection does. You can also report the game on the Microsoft Store page under Additional Information by selecting Report This Product.
