solitaire freezes up all the time

cant play my installed solitaire games. it freezes up and you cant move the cards.

debug the cancer comercials

there are 2 cancer commercials on the solitaire game. every time they run windows freeze up and then crashes. I have to restart the solitaire game. this is every time and at the same spot. either fix those 2 commercials or delete them.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection freezes on Surface when used with a mouse

When I play Solitaire on my Surface with a mouse (either USB or Bluetooth), the game freezes up. This is not something that happens at any predictable time; it might take a few days to happen, or happen 5 minutes into a game. I only play the daily challenges.
After the game freezes, the computer freezes, and I have to reboot. This only happens with MSC.

I've ensured that the display drivers are up to date (this seems to be a recurring suggested fix) and, in fact, my surface has had all updates applied.

Please help!

This should fix it (Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

My Surface Pro is freezing after starting Microsoft Solitaire Collection, I have to hard boot it. This has been happening for 4-5 days now, I even restored my system. I gave up and downloaded a different solitaire game on my Win 7 PC. bummer

I get that all the time also with Bingo, but also occasionally with Solitaire and Mahjong as well and I end up giving up which really sucks

it's the same for me, i think it's the ads i've noticed it happens everytime the nba ad pops up

I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Every time I try to play Microsoft Mahjong, Solitaire, Jigsaw or Word Games, the game appears to launch, then the window freezes and closes and I am back at my desk top.
