    Solitaire Events


    During my last 2 events played , I have experienced the problem of when I end an individual challenge, game, and exit the app, the time counter of the last game played continues counting until I log in again to continue start playing another of the challenges.
    Obviously this greatly effects the total length of time played, and affects my final position. These are not the only times that I have experienced the effect of this bug, but they are the ones that I can remember clearly.

    Many thanks and hoping for a rapid solution to this issue.

    solitaire events wont load

    cannot load solitaire events. when loading it kicks out automatically and shuts down solitaire.

    Keep getting kicked out of Daily Challenge -Solitaire World Tour Event for today

    I started the Daily Challenge-Solitaire World Tour Event- for today - solved my first game - and was instantly kicked out. Now every time I try and go back it starts to load and the screen closes. I can play the other solitaire games just not any on the
    Solitaire World Tour Event. PLEASE HELP!

    Hey there, Grandiose!

    I'm sorry to see any timer issues with Events! Since there is not currently an Event running, I'm unable to test. However, I'll try it all out tomorrow when the next Event, Medium Mayhem, begins, and let you know if I experience the same issue there.

    Before you start up the next Event, be sure to uninstall the game and then reinstall it. Please let me know your results for the next Event after you reinstall the game.

    I'll update you tomorrow on what I see! Solitaire Events :)

    Hey again, Grandiose!

    I tested out about 3 challenges, left the game after, and I'm not seeing the counter go up.

    Please do give a fresh install a try, and then let me know how it goes for you this event! It helps us a lot if you take screenshots of everything happening. Solitaire Events :)

    Hey there PeakPanic458857!

    Sorry to hear about the advertisement trouble. Let's have you try uninstalling the game, restart your PC, and then reinstall it. Make sure your PC has a constant internet connection when playing the ad as well, as any internet interruption may cause some trouble.
    Keep us in the loop with how it goes so that we can best help you out :)
