Please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

Is this happening on PC or mobile? Or both platforms?
If it's on PC, are you on windows 10 or 11?
If it's on mobile, are you using android or iOS?
Are you using a VPN, DNS or similar services in your device?

Also, did you tried using a completely wifi network to see if the issue persists?
Or what else did you tried so far to fix this?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

This is on a PC, Windows 11 wifi.

The said issue has occurred on yesterday's event and today. Just so frustrating when you have completed a challenge and have to redo it. If this has happened to me sure there will be others.

Hi, so far you're the one experiencing this issue (personally I didn't see here in the forums a similar problem recent)

Please try using a different wifi network in your PC
For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your PC in that way

Or, in case you have a third party antivirus, disable all the protections temporarily.

If that doesn't work, let's try this:

A. Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Solitaire app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

If that doesn't work, please reinstall the game (just to confirm, as soon as you are connected with a Microsoft account the progress is saved in the cloud)

The number of games in the events change on a regular basis depending on what type of event it is. The same is true as to the difficulty level. For example, today's event (5/15/18) is a 16 game event with a difficulty level of HARD and it is all Pyramid
games. Whereas Tuesday's event 2 weeks ago, (5/01/18) had 30 games consisting of all Solitaire versions and all had a difficulty level of EASY. You can look at the Events Calendar on the main Solitaire page to see what type of event is coming up and if you
hover over them it will show you how many games are in that event. For example, this coming Thursday's game (5/17/18) is all Free Cell and there are a total of 20 games in the event.

Same thing happened to me tonight. Played first game of event, at completion of game Solitaire crashed. Tried all the fixes I could find. Multiple uninstalls, reboots, cache flushes. Everything else works but the minute I try to load an event
Solitaire crashes.
