    Solitaire Download error


    I'm getting an error when I try to open the Daily Challenges on Solitaire -

    'a Download error occurred while trying to download data from our servers.'

    This is on a PC, it's working fine on my tablet. I've tried restarting the Xbox and PC with no luck. I am connected to the internet. Any ideas? This just started a few days ago. I can play individual games such as Spider - this is only affecting the
    Daily Challenge games.

    In case the auf Deutsch comment wasn't understood, there is an error 101 (There was a problem downloading game data for Solitaire (and everything else!). Please check the Solitaire FAQ at ... and refer to error code 101.

    Doing so provides no means to report the problem, as the 'help' says.). P.S. I am a premium user of 3 of 4 games (Sudoku won't offer it to me).

    I'm having the same problem with XBOX SOLITAIRE...can't do my DAILY CHALLENGES...get the same reply as a number of the above complaints. Two months ago was working fine, but IF & WHEN I can get into Solitaire (late at night) I'm only logged in as a GUEST...what
    gives!? I've removed and then downloaded XBOX SOLITAIRE a number of times...still get the same problem and error. My XBOX MAHJONG works fine, but not SOLITAIRE...can someone help or fix this problem??

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection runs on laptop fine, but won't connect on iphone! Get error 101

    I am having the same problem with Microsoft Solitaire. Each time I attempt to start Solitaire, an ERROR about downloading game 101 is reported.

    Failed corrections

    1 reboot iPhone

    2 reloaded App

    3 switched from WiFi to cell data

    None of these have worked.
