    The game has not loaded since the day after they started the world tour. I have tried everything and nothing helps. It is my favorite game and I wish someone could help me get it to work again

    Do not know what to do next i have also restarted computer to no avail.

    18 and 22 November Klondike doesn't work...

    selecting "Solitaire Collection" icon will not load any games.

    I have the same problem. I upgraded to premium thinking that might help. It didn't. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the Solitaire software, still doesn't work. Don't dangle the carrot of a new challenge if it doesn't work!

    Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.
