Solitaire collection will not sign in on Lenovo android tablet then disappears off screen....

I understand that you are experiencing issues signing into your Microsoft Solitaire.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please clear app data. In addition to clearing the cache, try clearing the app's data by going to Settings > Apps > Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

Select "Clear Data" and restart the app.

And make sure that both the app and your Android operating system are up to date because an outdated software can cause compatibility issues.

Next is to disable battery optimization because battery optimization settings can interfere with app functionality. To do this, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization. Find Microsoft Solitaire Collection and set it to "Don't Optimize."

Then check internet connection. Make sure that your tablet is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. A weak or unstable connection can prevent the app from signing in.

I just updated my Lenovo W510 to 8.1 and now I'm seeing this jerkiness in the Solitaire collection. There doesn't appear to be any update for the solitaire collection in Windows Store. Any update on when an update that returns the smooth animation?

I am also trying to just find a set up that works. Have a ZTE K88 tablet on hand. Won’t pair with controller that came with my XboxoneX. Bought a Samsung tab A. Connects then just drops over and over. Returned tablet and took controller to test on floor
models. Only worked on one Lenovo tablet they were out of. (Connected but no response on 2 other Samsung and Lenovo tabs). Days later decided to buy bluetooth controller for android. Steelseries stratus duo. Worked great right away with ZTE tablet but XCloud
says to connect a supported controller?! Can’t win.

Firstly I uninstalled the Mahjong, then I uninstalled the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Restarted the computer, then re installed the Microsoft Solitaire Collection and re installed the Mahjong.

Went in to play the Mining one, that worked fine, then went to Mahjong and it went to sign in, signs me in and then the screen disappears. Funnily enough it registers on xbox live that I have played to which I hadn't and has I noted previously it was doing
that too.

I really wish this could get sorted. Seems there are a lot of people with the same problem.

Thanks for updating us with your reply. As this appears to be something going on directly with the size of the font on your device, as our MVP and other Ambassador have recommended, it may be a good idea to go to your tablet's display settings and check
the font size to see if it can be set lower/smaller to allow the full text to show in the box. Once you do so, try launching the MS Solitaire Collection app again to see if you get a different result.

Furthermore, if you wish to do so, you may also check out the Microsoft Solitaire Collection
on iOS and Android (great for tablets or smartphones) support article to see if any of the community links may also lead you to a solution should decreasing the font size not aid you in getting logged in.
