    Solitaire Collection - when playing the Events, it keeps telling me I'm not connected and to retry but will NOT let me retry. My challenges are not saved and I have to do the challenge over. It's so frustrating!! I spend all this time playing the challenge
    but It won't save. It says I lost the connection. Meanwhile I am still connected to the internet

    I have been playing microsoft solitaire events for a long time, now today's event won't load, keeps telling me I have to be connected to the internet, but I am connected to the internet, PLEASE HELP! Thank you

    cannot sign into my account.....keeps telling me I don't have internet....but I do!

    I have internet...everything else is working. I just can't get into my solitaire collection or sign into my account. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet.

    It will let me continue on as a guest.

    Issue with Microsoft Games

    I am having the same problem. I can't log into the Solitaire Collection game as it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, which I do. It tells me that I'm not not logged in to my XBOX account and I can't log in to it. When I try clicking Solitaire
    Collection, it takes me back to my desktop screen. :S I have had this problem since yesterday (November 4) and today it's still the same.

    I am also on Windows 8.1.

    Trying to play microsoft solitaire collection. Keep getting an error code that isn't found. Says I'm not connected. I have done every troubleshooting and restarted my computer and the game. It still won't work.
