    Solitaire Collection problem - two of the same kind of finishing position bracelet in one event


    On Solitaire Collection, I came 41st in my group in the Easy Street Mini event on 27-28 July - which, of course, meant that I earned a Top 50 bracelet.

    (I'm not ashamed to admit that I was *deliberately* slow in completing the challenges in this event, as I *wanted* to earn this particular bracelet so I could say that I had two of *every* kind of bracelet, including the rarer ones like the National Solitaire Day one and the 10,000 Point Club one.)

    For some reason, though, I earned *two* Top 50 bracelets when surely I should have only earned one...

    Then, in the TriPeaks Mini event on 29-30 July, I came 6th in my group, which of course earned me a Top 10 bracelet. Again, though, for some reason I earned *two* such bracelets rather than one...

    These duplicate finishing position bracelets also appear to have had an effect on the counter for the number of events I have played in. Not counting today's (20-21 August) FreeCell Mini event, I have played in 135 events since my first one in October 2020 - yet my profile says I have played in 137.

    What's the story here? Are these duplicate finishing position bracelets - and the effect they appear to have had on the counter for the number of events - due to some kind of bug? And is there any way to resolve it, or will I have to make do with these duplicate bracelets and this incorrect counter?

    Another month on and I'm *still* waiting for a response from the Casual Games team, even after contacting them a second time.

    I'm losing patience now, truth be told...

    It's over five weeks now since I contacted the Casual Games team with this duplicate bracelet problem - and I still haven't had a response from them. (And indeed, the duplicate bracelets are still there.)

    I accept that they are a very small team - but is it normal for them to take over five weeks to respond?
