    Solitaire Collection Premium Upgrade not working


    I have paid 1 year's subscription for the Premium upgrade to the Solitaire Collection or Window's 10 device(s). All OK to start off with I but suddenly it no longer works. I now get bombarded with advertisements.

    I have tried all options to resolve and attempted to get some sense out of Microsoft, with absolutely no help.

    Can anyone help ?

    Make sure you are logged into Solitaire collection with the same microsoft account with which your purchased the premium upgrade.

    Since upgrade to Win 8.1, Premium user bonus button entitled "Give me an Extra Deal" in (paid-up for a year) Premium subscription for Microsoft Solitaire Collection closes app. Other button entitled "Give me a Wild Card" does work. correctly. No "Upgrade
    Available" in Store available for installed Premium MS Solitaire.. I am hesitant to uninstall/reinstall for fear I will need to pay again. Unsure how my account is linked to the Xbox name given me by the game. Can you help?

    "Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
