    Solitaire collection freezes on android


    I've seen that others have this complaint as well. On my android phone, the solitaire collection freezes when playing daily challenges. I've installed, reinstalled, I've emptied data, I've even reset my phone.... And it happened
    on my old phone too! I have to empty the data every few days AND restart the app between each game! This is really frustrating. If I didn't like this game so much... I'd just cancel my paid membership! Please fix this game!

    Microsoft solitaire android app freezing

    Microsoft solitaire collection for Android constantly freezes. Have cleared the cache, uninstalled amd reinstalled and still running into issue. Running on samsung galaxy 8+ latest update. Was also freezing on previous update.

    This is an app problem. Search your support site, search the Android app store feedback. This app now sucks. It freezes in the middle of a game every time it is used. I have a subscription and it is worthless. There are hundreds reporting this issue. You
    can point everyone to FAQs but you are wasting our time. This is not a device issue. Fix the damn app!

    thanks, just found your reply. I'm on a Samsung s6 with android 7.0.. It happened on my s4, too. I have to restart the app between each game played. Very frustrating.
