Solitaire Collection error 101_107_1

Discus and support Solitaire Collection error 101_107_1 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; A few days back, when I start Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10, I started getting the following message: "There was a problem downloading...     Solitaire Collection error 101_107_1


    A few days back, when I start Microsoft Solitaire Collection on Windows 10, I started getting the following message:

    "There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ at
    FAQ Archive - Microsoft Casual Games and refer to error code 101_107_1."

    Well, I checked the FAQ, and I didn't see precisely this error code, but I did find this:

    "101, 105, 106 - Something isn't quite right with the news feature or a file was missing from the manifest. Let us know about this!"

    And,

    "107 - Uh oh, something is preventing the game from downloading Star Club games. Check your internet connection first. If your connection is fine, check your anti-virus program and make sure Microsoft Solitaire Collection is on the OK list to access
    the internet."

    I looked around and didn't find any other advice that helped. I even checked the Firewall. Furthermore, Edge and Internet Explorer are displaying messages about not being able to access web pages such as
    www.google.com, although Chrome and Firefox are able to do so.

    I also get messages about not being connected to the internet.

    So, I'm stumped and letting you know about this, as requested.

    Unable to play Microsoft Solitaire Collection due to error code: 101_107_1 on 10/28/16. On Windows version 10.

    I can log into xbox.com, but not solitaire. tried reinstalling and still same.

    I have followed everything I can from here:
