Solitaire Collection Download Error?

I have SCOURED the internet trying to find a fix for my Solitaire game. It's showing an error: "Download error. An error occurred while trying to download data from our servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again." However, I know my Internet connection is good because I'm able to access other websites. I see this was an issue about two years ago, as well but I've already followed all the instructions in this forum article. None of that worked. So I looked around some more and found out how to run a troubleshooter when windows doesn't prompt for one. So I ran the troubleshooter and it also guided me to the Apps & Features settings and how to use Advanced Options. So I did that first. I've uninstalled both, reinstalled both, reset both, repaired the Store - nothing worked. So then I continued with the troubleshooter. It said it fixed the problem, but it did not. I am still unable to do Daily Challenges. I've tried looking for a possible server issue on Microsoft's side but couldn't find anything. So I'm at my wit's end. I would like to know how to fix this or if I've gotta wait for Microsoft to fix it on their side.
