    solitaire collection does not load


    Windows 10 Pro, Microsoft Edge. Solitaire collection exhibiting problems:

    1) Does not load - When try to open game, continuous message saying trying to connect to server, second banner message - if continues go to Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened... I'm here.

    2) Game does not count all power bingos toward tally for power bingos toward reward for reaching level goal

    I have removed app and reinstalled several times. Sometime game will work for a while, sometime work for a day, right now not at all.

    I went from Windows 8.1 to 10 and have problems. My husband went from Windows 7 to 10 and has far fewer issues than I do. My system is a new HP Envy 7 with highest level of everything available that I had built: Intel Core i7-5500ou CPU @ 2.4GHz/16.0
    RAM/64 Bit Oper. Syst. If that isn't enough to run a game, I give up.

    Any suggestions?

    Frustrating.

    selecting "Solitaire Collection" icon will not load any games.

    Yesterday and today both Solitaire and Jigsaw will not come up, Get the solitaire collection main page and the jigsaw collection main page and they just stay there. I tried unloading Solitaire and then re-loading and nothing changed.

    Mine does this too. I closed it and opened Microsoft Solitaire Collection, plated one game of Klondike then closed it and restarted Jigsaw,,, now loading premium OK again!!
