    Solitaire Collection Card Shadows at 180 degrees out


    Ever since the "upgrade" a few days ago, the shadowing of the cards on all solitaire games is 180 degrees off. They fill the screen and are a huge distraction. I went to game settings to see if I could turn them off. Not that I found. Fix this please and
    soon.

    Solitaire Collection display

    In the Solitaire Collection, the drop-shadows don't rotate properly when I change screen orientation.

    In Laptop mode, the appearance and action is normal.

    In Tent ( /\ ) or Display ( /_ ) modes, the screen is inverted. The card deck rotates as expected, but the shadows do not. This is very distracting, but does not affect play.

    In Tablet mode (portrait orientation) the shadows disappear completely. Once again, the game play is not compromised.

    This began last week (5/22/18).

    Aspire R14 (2-in-1) running Windows 10 Home, version 1803, OS build 1734.48

    I have the same problem after upgrading to Feature Update 1803. I have a laptop that I usually run with an attached monitor, keyboard and mouse. The laptop is in a tent configuration so the display is inverted. I found that if I
    move the app to the attached monitor, the shadowing is corrected. Then I found if I reoriented the laptop so that the display is not inverted, the shadowing is corrected. The problem only exists for me when the app is on the laptop display and that display
    is inverted.

    Additional information: After I upgraded to Feature Update 1803, I received Error 121003 when I opened the Solitaire Collection. I searched and found a variety of supposed fixes for this problem so I ignored them all and uninstalled
    the app and reinstalled it from the Windows Store. This eliminated the 121003 error but it left me with the error described above. Also some of the fonts are larger and the app is considerably slower.

    I have the exact same problem, will they ever fix it? No other app, no other game reacts this way to the inverted display. Clearly it was shoddy development that took a short cut on applying the shadows.

    I have the exact same problem, will they ever fix it? No other app, no other game reacts this way to the inverted display. Clearly it was shoddy development that took a short cut on applying the shadows.

    Double clicking in microsoft solitaire collection

    Update: the double clicking problem has gotten better in Pyramid solitaire where it was the worst but has gotten a lot worse in Klondike solitaire where it was not a problem before and the dropping in FreeCell Solitaire where as I am moving the cards it drops them as if I let go of the mouse is the same. It is strange how this problem only seems to exist in the Microsoft solitaire collection. My concern is that I am starting class for me second degree in August and a lot of the course work is online to mirror the national licensing exam which is online. I don't want the mouse not working when I am doing class work. That is why I am trying to find out where the problem lies and how to fix it. It is odd that it only seems to exist in the microsoft solitaire collection but I can only comment on what I see.
