Solitaire collection and Mahjong

Discus and support Solitaire collection and Mahjong in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I think this started after update to 8.1.. I have an HP Pavilion 23 all in one.     Solitaire collection and Mahjong


    I think this started after update to 8.1.. I have an HP Pavilion 23 all in one. Touch screen had for few months. I click on app. for xbox Ms Solitaire or Mahjong. It will try to sign me in then it will not load and go back to app page. I have did updates
    and everything that I could find to fix this. I have talked with xbox people and MS people. Checked all of the fixes. I think it has to do with the update. Because I can't start another program that I was running on explorer. I have to use chrome to run that.

    Recieved error code 0xc03f00d

    Can not access Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Mahjong or Jigsaw. Tells me can't sign in and get error code 0xc03f00d.

    When I launch an Xbox game on my PC I get the the message This App Can't open

    I can't open MS solitaire collection or Mahjong Deluxe

    download a program called windows tweaks from tweaking.com. select everything and in the settings select the processor load as realtime. let it run. this should fix your problem

    It took them a few hours but all is working again with Mahjong and the Solitaire Collection. :)
