Solitaire Collecgion

I'm having this problem too, followed above directions, still have the same problem.

Ok. Here are some other solutions if you’d want to give them a try.

Solution 1. Run the troubleshooter for Windows Apps on your computer by clicking the run troubleshooter button on this link.

Solution 2. Reset Windows Store to clear store cache.

1. Press  Windows key + X  on your keyboard.   
2. Click on  Command prompt (Admin).   
3. Type  wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

I'm having this problem too, followed above directions, still have the same problem.

It seems solitaire has been having issues today, that may be the cause of the problems. Hopefully everything is fixed tomorrow.

Won't open, says I need an internet connection (which I am obviously on!!!!). Have tried everything for an hour.

Hello. Try this.

Go to Settings>apps>apps & features>Microsoft Solitaire Collection

then choose advanced settings and select “reset”

Restart your computer and check the store for updates. Then try launching the game. Let me know how it works.

I am not using Microsoft Solitaire Premium.

In Microsoft Solitaire Collection there is.

"Settings" Apps & Features" choose Microsoft Solitaire Collection, Advanced Settings then Reset.
