    Solitaire cloud data


    On loading solitaire in windows 10, it tries to sync with windows 8 cloud data each time. click OK and it fails. How can I remove windows 8 cloud data so this check doesn't happen?

    I also have an issue with Windows 10 Solitaire Collection with my new Surface Pro 4. When I open the Solitaire app it comes up with message "Importing Windows 8 Cloud Data-Importing Saved Cloud Data" then an error is displayed "Cloud data import error -
    There was a problem importing cloud saved game data RETRY/CANCEL". Pressing the retry only repeats the error message, pressing the Cancel the box goes away and Solitaire games are ok to play. Any idea how to get rid of this error? I assume it is from my
    old SP3 and Windows 8.1. Any help would be appreciated.

    Paid for premium edition of Microsoft Solitaire on Windows 10, still get ads on one device

    I paid for the premium edition of solitaire. When I play on my tablet, there are no ads. When I play on my PC, I get ads. Same sign in, data downloaded from cloud. What is the fix for this?

    How do you clear Xbox Live error codes 121003 and 121010 in the Microsoft Solitaire game?

    Hi Linda,

    It could be an account data issue since the error seems to related to the cloud save data for the account.

    Can you sign into another account with the Xbox app or through your Windows system when restating the PC?

    Do you play any other Microsoft Casual game or just Solitaire?

    Let us know so we have an idea what to try next.

    I have just recently got error 102 trying to play MS solitaire on my Galaxy 9. I was playing MS Ultimate Word Games on windows 10 desktop and kept getting cannot download data from cloud. Would appreciate if we could get an update on what the status is.
