Solitaire Awards screen not accurate

I've been playing the Microsoft Solitaire Events daily challenges since September. So far I've solved every one, and have 5 "Perfect" banners, and have a bronze and a silver badge already this month.

However, when I click on "Awards and Achievements" on the main screen, and scroll down to "Challenges Achievements", it lists my "Go For The Bronze" as being 5/12 complete. This despite the fact that my "Go For The Silver" is 6/10 complete.

The top of this screen shows that I have 4 bronze from 2016 and 2 from 2017.

Is there a way that this can be corrected? I have completed all the achievements on this page except these one-a-month ones and the Klondike "Blizzard of Bliss". I'd hate to have to get 13 bronze badges to get credit for 12.

What does it take to get the award?

I am playing the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I have been playing Spider Solitaire. I notice that one of the awards in this game is called Entangled. According to the pop up tip, I need to "win a game of Spider Solitaire by drawing all of the extra
cards before making a move." I have done this on Easy, Medium, and Hard levels, yet I have not received the award. What does it take?

16 March 2018 Event

Solitaire events will not stay on my screen. Looks like it's logging in and then just disappears. I reopen Solitaire and can play my daily challenges or any other solitaire game. Just the events won't stay on screen. Anyone else have this problem? 1st
time happening to me.

Hey there DaveRoddick.

Have you tried going back and completing another challenge and getting bronze to see if there's any change? It comes sometimes take a bit of time for an achievement to update fully.

This has been inaccurate for a couple of months now. I have gotten a (February) bronze badge since the discrepancy first appeared. I now have, according to that screen, 5 bronze, 6 silver, and 6 gold. It seems that it was January's bronze badge for which
this screen did not give me credit.

One section I noticed sounds like your issue.

Common issues with time limits

I don't think time limits is working, because the time in the device usage report does not match what I observe in real life.

If your child uses multiple devices, then keep in mind that each device tracks their allowances separately. For example, a child who is limited to 1 hour, but can sign into 2 Windows PC's, could use each PC for 1 hour, for a total of 2 hours of usage that
day.
Time limits are enforced based on when they are signed in (even idle time), but idle time is not counted in the device usage report. For example, if your child's allowance is 2 hours, and they sign in and don't do anything, the child would be locked out
after 2 hours, but the device usage report may show as little as 1 minute of usage
