Solitaire and Mahjong

First my MS Mahjong stopped me from completing daily challenges Feb. 4,5,7 2014 now Solitaire will not load just drops me back to start page starting Feb. 5th what up with that anyone one have an idea to fix better than just one day fix like happened with
Mahjong? Is the fix a wait for PS V to hit the market as support at Xbox is wanting they say they are fixing and send me no reply emails yet problem still there using HP Touchsmart Envy 23 running Windows 8.1 pro have not tryed my Xbox 360 console yet to see
if problem there also?

We're sorry to hear that you're having this issue. The first thing I'd like you to make certain of is that you have all of the available updates.

1.Press the Windows key

2.Type in Windows Update

3.Under the search bar you see on the right, choose Check for Updates

4.In the Windows Update screen, press the Check Now button

5.Even if it doesn't seem to find any updates, click on View Details

6.Install any updates you see that haven't been installed- including optional ones

7.Restart using the restart option from the shut down menu.

Just to make sure that your downloads themselves aren't stuck in the store, then try this:

1.Press Windows Key + R

2.In the box, type wsreset.exe and press Enter

3.This will relaunch the Windows Store

4.Hover over the right-hand side to bring up the charm bar

5.Choose Settings

6.Choose App Updates

7.Choose Sync licenses

If you are completely up to date, let's refresh your Windows session. The most effective way to do so is to select "Restart" from the Shut Down menu. Once your Touchsmart restarts, you should be able to get back to your game. Please let us know if this

I did that and I also reinstalled Solitaire which fix that problem as well, I run auto update and did what the app store fix said all is working now so till it happens again I am happy. The sad part was when my phone contact hung up on me while I was asking
if there was a fix to this problem.
