Hola llevo un montón de tiempo intentando poner en contacto con servicio técnico solicitando llamada y no recibo respuesta, espero que me llaméis lo antes posible solo da la opción del chat

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to request a call from Support.

If you haven't already, we recommend using
this link so that you may be able to request a call from Xbox Customer Support.

It could be depending on the link that you were using that you were experiencing difficulties, additional, if possible, we recommend using an alternate internet browser as well.

Hi Eduardo,

Thanks for the replies. Try this guide, personally just checked it and shows request a call.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

He seguido los pasos que dices y no funciona, yo no sé si no me entendéis o tengo que hacer un video en directo para que veáis que siguiendo los 4 pasos que mencionas no funciona.

Solo me sale la opción de escribir en el foro.

En el teléfono no te responden sale una grabación en la cual te dice que te metas en la pajina para solicitar llamada ya lo intente antes de meterme en la web de xbox
