I am currently in the Falklands for 6 months getting on line is pretty hard to do. I was console sharing with my brother however I moved it back to mine as I wouldn't be able to play my games while offline. I managed to connect my console today to get the
latest update and now my console is telling me it can't be set as my home xbox which means I can not play ANY of my games at all.

I can't use the support chat as I only get 100 mins allowance of internet a week. Which is VERY SLOW.

I would be very grateful if someone could contact me either via email or xbox live message to help me get access t all of my games. I only have digital this means i now have no games to play.

PLEASE help me xbox.

The issue on this thread seem with channel islands and i would like to see some official responce.

If you need a direct message, you may have better luck trying to contact support directly. I do not know the phone number for the Falkland Islands (You could try
support.xbox.com/contact-us) and the US number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

With that said, you should be aware that you can only change your Home Console once every 4 months (much like license transfers on the 360). This could be the issue with being unable to turn your console back into your Home Console.

You should also be aware that (assuming you are doing it the way I think you are) you are not allowed to share your profile with others so that they can gain access to content you purchased and they have not. Sharing your profile and content in this way
is against the Code of Conduct.

I cannot contact support directly as i get 30 mins of phone calls a week that is for my family. Going by the last time i rang them it would take all mt credit and i would still not have the issue resolved.

Nothing back from xbox on here so my mrs is going to have to try her best to explain what is happening.
