sold xbox one, forgot to delete profile..

so i sold my xbox one without deleting my profile, they are still using it and tried to buy live with my debit card info. which i just deleted, how can i delete my profile without having the xbox anymore?

I had an old xbox 360 that I sold to somebody, but I forgot to delete my xbox live profile from it. Is there a way which I can delete that console from my account through the xbox live website?

The best way to ensure that your Microsoft account is secure is by going to account.live.com and reset your password as well as update your security information ( 2 alternate emails or phone numbers that you can access). By resetting the password, the next
time someone attempts to sign into your account, on Xbox One or Xbox 360, it will ask them to sign in with the new password. Also, I would recommend you call support to ensure that there isn't any unauthorized billing activity. They can also reset the trusted
consoles that remember you password for Xbox consoles.

You can also close the Microsoft account by going to account.live.com if you don't plan to use it anymore

It says for the 360 but should work for the Xbox One as well. If you're unsure then definitely contact phone support and open an Unauthorized Access Ticket. They will lock down the account while they investigate.

Finally, if they tried to use your debit to purchase something then that's fraud. You should contact the police and let them know what happened. The other party can be charged and could be looking at jail time.
