Sold console

Hello. I asked recently, and the removal of consoles assigned homework to my account . I assigned me where I am and that I sold , I thought that I already have a head . Today, logs and look at that those sold is again set as homework. What should I do?
You can log me somehow of the two consoles , or lock on that add me as a console ? I have no contact with the new owner , and I am helpless ...

NTSC GAME vs PAL Console

Sorry, depending on where you purchased the console you would have an NTSC, NTSC-J, or PAL console.

Consoles sold in North America are NTSC

Consoles sold in Europe are PAL

Consoles sold in Asia are mostly NTSC-J

Whatever discs are working on your console means that your console is of that region. If NTSC discs are working, then your console is an NTSC console, etc.

What does that tell you ?

 

I'll assume you mean that you have just sold your Xbox One to someone, and
you want to make sure your account is not linked to the console anymore.

In short: Change your password!

There is currently no way to remotely remove/disable your account on an Xbox One console. Changing your password
should log out and prevent the new owner from further accessing your account.

You can also remove the console from your Microsoft Account. This will remove the "Home Console" mark on it too. Go here for that (options should be on the right side): Sign in to your Microsoft account

 

Password changed. When trying to remove a console that is set as the home button on the right redirects me, and I have a message that the page does not exist. This message: Try another page. Unfortunately, this page does not exist.
