    Software won't sign me in


    The simple act of signing in to Xbox games is NOT simple. For the past two days the software has refused to sign me in. It's not a password issue. I simply get notice that I can't be signed in "at this time". So, why am I paying the premium fee if I can't even play? Why all the password nonsense anyway? I'm not trying to gain access to military secrets. I'm simply trying to play a game. I suspect my next efforts will be to figure out how to cancel my subscription.

    All Video Apps Broken Post-Update, Reinstall/CacheClear/DeletedApp -- nothings worked so far!

    Been trying to delete/reinstall the profile but now whenever I turn on the system it tells me to install the new software, I click yes, it downloads and then freezes right after and i got error code 416b-0000-3080-0506-8b05-0018

    I tried to reboot and it just had me install the software again.... If I click no it does not allow me to do much as it won't sign in to live.

    That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

    Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

    You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.

    Yes, that is accurate. It seems I am able to log on to my console.

    I tried with a separate microsoft account and it failed to work on the xbox site as well. I tried with both on the microsoft site and they worked fine, but I can't seem to sign in on the xbox one without it reloading and refraining from signing me in.

    For us to further isolate the case, try to sign in to a different Microsoft account to see if it works on account.microsoft.com, Xbox app, or account.xbox.com.

    Also, use a different internet network connection if it still doesn't work.
