    Hey everyone,

    So, since the April update I've lost 5.1 audio on everything but blu-ray. I put in a service request and they replaced the Xbox & received it today. Well during the setup process everything was fine until it updated. Now I am stuck w/ stereo surround
    again. This is definitely a software issue at this point that I hope they resolve in the next update. On a high note the swap out process was painless and only took 3 days..

    Serious system software bug or bug with bluray player app

    hi

    I have been told that by Xbox customer support that this is the only way to report a software bug with the Xbox one S console and the latest system software release.

    3D bluray playback is not working fully after latest software updates this is a repeatable software bug on at least 4 Xbox one S consoles that I have access too.

    The 3D playback can be corrected by temporarily disabiling 4K video output from the system settings menu.

    This serious software bug only started to happen after the latest system software update after the Xbox one X was released.

    Can you please get your software team to fix and issue a software update ASAP

    (09.13.14) HDMI Surround 5.1 ISSUE - No Center or Rear Sound

    I have had a problem (no center channel with DD) after a MS update to my 360 console. Prior to the update my console worked fine with all sources ie games, apps and movies. But now I have no center channel audio from the Xbox through my Denon AV amp no
    matter what settings or connections I try. This problem has to be software & MS related as my console functioned perfectly prior to the software update. I am very reluctant to upgrade to the One console after three failed Xbox's (all repaired foc by MS) and
    a a fairly annoying bug on my 360 elite as yet to be rectified.

    This has been a problem with my console since day 1. The sound settings never hold, and no update so far has fixed this.

    Hi there,

    my guess is that you are talking about the xbox one dashboard preview (for the april update)

    For any issues/bugs please go to the preview forums here:
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    Also the issue you are mentioning is a known issue (and solution) with the drive software and they are working on it with the highest priority
