    hi I just got my new xbox one s and I sold my xbox one fat

    after days I'm saw that my friend list show their gamerpic as deus ex all showing the same

    and then the activity feed show all the Images as deus ex

    than my achivments and everything show deus ex

    I reset my console and again after a day all showing ryse screenshot

    No Gamer Pics or Thumbnails

    Since I set up my Xbox One I don't have any gamer pics, achievement pics or thumbnails on my dashboards. Also it won't let me change my colour or gamer pic. I just get the message "sorry we can't show you colours/can't get the list of gamer pics right
    now" Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix?

    Yes this worked. Thanks xGambit86x! I was also having problems playing Netflix videos but all sorted now.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for posting! I am unable to see the Deus Ex pictures mentioned in your post in those screenshots that are attached. Try a quick Factory Restore on
    your Xbox One console     by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps and see if the results persist after signing in to Xbox Live.

    as i said before i did reset and then everything was fine but after a while the problem came back and this time is like the picture you see

    Fallout doesn't show its vault boy logo

    Or my gamepic isn't a custom one
