social suspension is over but party and game chat still dont work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE [MOD REMOVED] HELP

i've spoken to 5 chat support people who didnt help me at all and the last one even closed the chat mid sentence and i couldnt even start a new chat! !! ???\

i was got a social suspension for 24 hours and waited till the time was over.

I CAN send messeges now , but party and game chat are now totaly [MOD REMOVED] up.

i can see people talking and they can see that i',m talking but i cant hear anyone and nobody can hear me !

PLEASE FIX THIS

I CANT PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS NORMALY NOW !!!!!!!!

Second account not working!!!

I had gotten a week social suspension on my main account, so I deleted my Mai account for now and tried to join a party or even talk in game chat and it still wouldn't work, any suggestions?!??!!!?

If you have had enforcement action taken against you please check your enforcement history and current status here:

enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements

Secondly, ensure that your settings are correct for voice communication, if others can see your bubble lighting up but cannot hear you then this indicates an issue with the Mic or your settings and is not a reflection of any action taken against you by XBLPET.

Like Chendo said I would check your enforcement action taken against your account to be sure that said suspension has expired and make sure that all your settings are correct for voice chat and party chat! I could not agree more ^^^^^

When it comes to the party chat issues, it could always be an issue with your headset, volume settings within the Xbox settings or party chat functional issues. I would recommend trying to power cycle your console and try again. A link to instructions for
a power cycle are below. If you have to, you could always remove and re-download your profile to reset everything and see if that could be a possible solution. I hope your issue gets resolved. Some of our ambassadors are bad cookies, lacking in some better
