    Have not been able to get into Social for over a week now. Every time I click on it, it crashes.

    When click on Social, it takes a while trying to load. Sometimes I can see the send/receive gift options. Then the whole game crashes. Other players having same problem. MS please help!

    Hey Mikey!

    If you haven't done so yet, try
    power cycling     your console first. That is the easiest thing to try and can usually clear up a lot of issues that may arise. If that doesn't work, try

    re-adding your account     to your console.

    Hopefully one of those does the trick for you. Let us know. :)
