Social KING OF the Hill

I feel like the best experience of GEARS was GEARS OF WAR 3 with its system of ranking and prestiges. People where not tied to back outs by other players because bots would simply take place. I understand the ranking system but why not put King of The Kill
as its own stand along in social where people shouldn't have to vote. These bounties are ok but somebody PLAYERS are abusing their gameplay with them! Needs to be a better serious penalty. I think the feeling towards the older players have no identity as
well! Our thing so carriee over with us from previous GEARS games that kept an identity. Just some things I feel could be better. Gears of war 4 is a fabulous game.

what game mode would you include

War. Or a literal King of the Hill. With a hill.

do you have to come in first place or do the team have to win in order to complete the challenge for today....I won three games but didnt come in first place so the challenge is not complete just want to know?

 

The definitely need social that allows for a certain game type that way you are not just playing what comes up.

The game itself is not in the best shape still. I have the 1 gig down, 250 mb up connection my local offers. I get 17 ms ping or around. Things like that. And there is always one player sponging so badly. Or just flat invincible at times. Taking boomshot
rounds directly. Last night a player was a few matches in a row with my son and I. First on the other team eating shots. Then twice on our team. You could see him getting hit and just moving on. Boomshot, dropshot, etc. And it is a regular thing. My
son and I win 70% of the time in Arms Race (and improving) and still hit these matches a lot. Have to literally play around and hope for the best in these situations. And when you could see rank after matches it never failed that these players where Diamond/Onyx.

As for rank. That whole system is broken. Winning and winning was not moving me up. Stuck at Silver 2 forever. My son however eventually started moving. Moved up after 2 "bad" matches at the bottom of the scoreboard and we lost. And went all the way
to Onyx 2. That is when I went to Silver 3 finally. At this point we won at least 8 of 10. Finished one day with 6 in a row. Each day we logged on my son lost a rank. He is already back down to Gold 1. And he has gone positive k/d (2 or better every
match), had MVPs, and we won most of the time. Oddly, the rank dropped after he logged in before we even played. Mine, yep, it fell to Silver 2 again right on loading up yesterday. No matter the wins and how well I did it did not improve.

And you know, do not have to buy those microtransactions and I do not. But to see all this stuff still not fixed and them focusing on stuff that should be secondary from more packs, minor things that do not really effect gameplay, and stuff is why everybody
I know quit playing. I love Gears. I have almost 500 matches already and a lot of time. Cannot recommend this game because it needs so much work. I had talked my son into playing a little more but at this point he says he is done. Overall, I will definitely
not buy any more TC or MS games early. Waiting for a price of $30 or less and the patches and repairs to hit.
