    Very frustrated with Xbox. I've been a long time customer and the service has gone down significantly. Seriously considering dumping Xbox and switching to Playstation. My $60.00 renewal is coming up and not so sure i want/ need it any more.

    yes you are not alone. There also appears to be problems with the Activity Feed as well. I have had friends in Overwatch, and when I look at their profile it say's they are at Home.

    *You can try refreashing your Home screen to see if it helps. *Just hold Left trigger, Right Trigger, then press Y.

    Hope that helps in any way. social issues :)

    As Ghost Spec Op said, you're not alone. If refreshing your home screen doesn't work, try and remove your account from the console then add it again.

    Let me know if the above advice doesn't work and we can help more.

    As Ghost Spec Op said, you're not alone. If refreshing your home screen doesn't work, try and remove your account from the console then add it again.

    I have tried this a few times but no joy.

    When I sign in it changes my account status from online to unknown then to offline and then it signs me out telling me that I have no Internet connection.

    There is nothing wrong with my Internet as I have tested this with other devices and it is working perfectly.

    This problem has only started since Thursday when there was social and gaming issues on your side.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with connection. Based on your message, it sounds like this is a regional outage situation you had been working on with a Microsoft Support rep already. I'd recommend keeping in touch with them for progress/status
    updates.
