Social & Gaming problems again!!

Agreed DemonizedDevil. They can't handle it. The problems become more and more frequent every year. Actually, it seems to increase monthly. Do they ever offer anything for their fu.......screw-ups? nope. The ones who are lucky only end up with some empty
words. The rest of us are left with "be patient while our incompetent technicians attempt to resolve the issue for 48 hrs until the issue repeats."

 

is this gonna be a daily thing now? twice today it went down

 

oh, its been just about a daily thing for the past 3 years for sure

 

we should be getting extra days added to our gold account for every 24 hours its down...i'd have like a free year of xbox live

 

I've been saying that for a long long long time. These apathetic [Mod Removed] would rather let us complain this much about them on their own site than actually take responsibility.

 

they probally arnt even reading this ***....they dont give a *** about their community...doesnt matter its all gonna be PSN's community soon

 

no probably, not reading this. there seems to be thread after thread after thread from today alone. when this problem gets "fixed", we KNOW that its just going to happen again in just a few days. then, they will just say the same thing about "being patient
while the issue is solved" and do absolutely nothing about it.

 

Lost all of my in-game currency in Dark Souls 3 due to these connection errors. I have no idea where to report this and its getting on my nerves.

 

good luck getting any helpful info from xbox support, jester. if you are lucky, you just might get a "sorry".

So sick of this, microsoft want us to be social yet it's always breaking, and who suffers ... us .. and we are expected to just put up with it? are we not paying for an online service, a live service? so why are we not getting these days added on to our
gold subscription in the form of compensation for service lost?

 

The customer support personal litaraly said they're bidding behind the terms of service agreement, really how can you keep people happy if you hAve to hide behind that

 

Solution 1: we give up on xbox, Microsoft goes under, other companies provide the services and software we've been trying to get from Microsoft, subscribers become satisfied with other companies, problem solved.

Solution 2: Microsoft acknowledges that they aren't keeping up their end, they take responsibility for all of these problems, start compensating subscribers for blocking their access, hire smaller companies to maintain servers properly, subscribers become
far less angry as service stays active for longer periods, problem solved.

Solution 3: Microsoft drops subscription charges and offers full access to anyone with a console, players won't feel scammed by bs subscriptions and become far less angry by a free service going down, problem solved.

 

i think the only solution that will end up happening is #1
