Social & Gaming problems again!!

Oh come on Microsoft this is getting ridiculous. Cannot play games again!!!

Why does this happen whenever I am off work or got some time to chill out and relax before I go to work this happens.

What with Live constantly being a problem and my Virgin Broadband constantly having problems, I am royally getting ***** off with all this, especially when I am paying money for a premium service.

Social and Gaming problems again?

Looks like its happening again,everyone on my friends list went offline even though i know they are online. Cant even post times on Trials Fusion as the leaderboards wont show up,3rd time in the last 3 days. Sort it out Microsoft,its becoming a joke!

Why should I be patient?

This is an ongoing problem, as nearly every week now there is an issue.

In 10 years on Xbox 360 I could count on one hand how many problems there were.

In this year alone, there has been countless issues and I stand by what ive said before, that they cannot maintain over 300,000 servers. There are too many for them to handle.

And you can see why the PlayStation 4 has destroyed in sales, selling double what the X1 has, because at least with the PS4 if the PSN goes down at least you can play your games offline. You cannot do that with the X1.

Pathetic.

 

I have to agree. I've been with xbox live since it launched and these disruptions are happening more frequently and taking longer to resolve. Paying $60 a year for a broken service is not my idea of a quality purchase. I'm becoming incredibly disappointed
with xbox as of late. If if you want to justify it by telling me they are giving us free games, the service I've always been paying for is to connect to and play online with my friends. This is not what I'm getting as of late....

Can't play rocket league. It's more than just social, online gaming is down as well.

 

It's getting beyond ridiculous. It's like a recurring theme w/MS & Xbox support. Every week something's not working and as always, we the customer, who are forced to pay to use our own internet connection, suffer for it more and more. This is one of the
many reasons why XBox is lagging far behind Sony.

 

Can't play any of my digital downloaded games. XBOX NOT LIVE STRIKES AGAIN

 

Practically ever week there are issues with party chat and this was supposed to have been addressed in the last big update. What the hell happened to "dedicated chat servers" or whatever was advertised? Ridiculous the console's been out 2+ years and party
chat is still not stable on the xbox one. LIVE in general is garbage on XONE.

 

Yep have to agree, but it is the problem of not being able to play single player when the internet goes down that is my real issue here.

Whoever designed/approved that needs to be fired.

Well what about PS4 then? You can play SP games offline on PS4, so it is nothing to do with the developers, it is how the X1 has been manufactured, hence the DRM aspect they dropped after the backlash at E3 a couple of years ago when it was unveiled.

Seriously M3tal Daz3?! "Be patient until the issue is resolved"?! We can get that message from the automated crap. The point is that Microsoft can't operate their servers well at all. In the past year, there has been a service interruption literally every
other day at some point. We don't want to be told to be patient. We want results and accountability. Instead of throwing their hands in the air like it's not their problem, maybe they should offer a hell of a lot more to actually compensate people. I have
been with xblive since there has been an xblive. These service disruptions constantly interfere with special events within individual games. They cause players to miss out often, but that's supposedly not microsoft's problem. They don't even acknowledge that
something being paid for isn't always being given. Some people can only play for a few hours on one day every week. When the hell are we going to start getting days back every time they get hacked, or do "system maintenance", or a legitimate problem comes
up?! This has gotten insane.
