Very frustrated with Xbox. I've been a long time customer and the service has gone down significantly. Seriously considering dumping Xbox and switching to Playstation. My $60.00 renewal is coming up and not so sure i want/ need it any more.

Considering my game pass encompasses play anywhere games, I've been having a blast lately. I can game Xbox Live games, on my laptop anywhere I go.

Not to mention Spotify being added- that's a pretty cool feature on a console, not that PS4 doesn't have it.

Every console is going paid subscription, just do yourself a favor and delve more in to the world of Microsoft- load their launcher on your phone, play some Play Anywhere games try out the game streaming. My PC runs my xbox games pretty well.

Coming from a Microsoft Insider point of view, I'm pretty ecstatic about the changes the console will be making soon, and the direction the company is taking their entertainment hub.

I have tried this a few times but no joy.

When I sign in it changes my account status from online to unknown then to offline and then it signs me out telling me that I have no Internet connection.

There is nothing wrong with my Internet as I have tested this with other devices and it is working perfectly.

This problem has only started since Thursday when there was social and gaming issues on your side.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with connection. Based on your message, it sounds like this is a regional outage situation you had been working on with a Microsoft Support rep already. I'd recommend keeping in touch with them for progress/status
updates.

I'm sorry that you're experiencing problems. sometimes removing and readding the profile fixes the problem.

The don't put up ETAs because if they go over the time they posted more people would be upset. It seems the outage is still sporadic so I would do the troubleshooting others have given and keep trying.
