Social and Gaming problems again?

What the hell is going on with Xbox Live, this is seriously getting on my nerves as it is happening now on a weekly basis.

Cant access games that I have bought and own and when they do work none of my progress, especially in MP, is recorded and thus I have to put more wear and tear on my console, because Live is constantly having problems.

I never had these types of problems on my 360 and I am seriously considering ditching my X1 and going over to PlayStation unless this is resolved as what the hell do I pay my money for?

I mean I have limited time to play games due to family and work commitments and the time I get to play is precious so these problems should not be happening in this day and age.

Any thoughts guys? It's starting to get extremely frustrating. It's not my internet cause my laptop works just fine, has to be on console side. Can't access xbox live at all, wont sync saves, wont do anything. I would gladly try a factory reset but I have
the MCC and dont wanna lose it. If its erased then my code to download it wont work again thus leaving me up *** creek correct? Please help....

 

Yeah I'm having issues too, it's ridiculous. Support people on Chat don't have a clue either.

 

There were some troubles with some of the services this morning but everything appears to be back online now.

 

If it is still now working for you please try doing a hard reset Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in
and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

 

These servers all insane I'm sure if we are playing against all these PC and MAC players we don't have a chance .. Connections are so bad . We pay for new high expensive routers and modems pay high for higher speeds and still we lag all day every night
. Grrrrr Xbox fix and help the people who spends hard precious $ to have a gd time playing .

 

Looks like its happening again,everyone on my friends list went offline even though i know they are online. Cant even post times on Trials Fusion as the leaderboards wont show up,3rd time in the last 3 days. Sort it out Microsoft,its becoming a joke!

 

Came here to complain about the same problem. I'm from Brazil and I'm having connection issues daily. My internet is more than enough to play online and everything is configured properly. They should compensate us in some way when problems like this avoid
us from playing online.
