Social and gaming not working!!

Hello,

Yesterday when I was playing on my xbox one I suddenly got disconnected from playing and talking with my friends. And not whenever I log on I find that I am connected but it shows that none of my friends are on period when I know that's not true. Can anyone
help me please?

Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down? Post back if that helped.

The game isnt social at all. No game chat. If there was game chat it didnt work during the beta. The most social thing about the game is random dance parties with strangers.

Have you tried Managing the Privacy and Safty Settings....

You can select which notifications you^ll recieve, may you^ve disenebled them all?

I suggest you to take a look at the settings

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Hello!

Notifications are set to show all. Only exception is for friends which is set to favourites only. Have tried to change there settings before without any impact on the issue.
