    No one from microsoft will ever read it, no one that cares about your name change will ever read it.

    The only person that will suffer if its deemed as violating the COC is you.

    Given its been changed once already,it must have been offensive and will more than likely get changed again once its reported.

    Considering I am Native, I don't see the issue with the name BangKaos. An email from live assured me however that someone did indeed complain, maybe just someone who doesn't use the forums is what theownedkiller meant. Checking the legality of the forced
    change, the impact does affect other aspects beyond live. ie, MLG and validity in other clan rosters, during the finals on the premiere season of Lost Planet:EC, our opponents used the name complaint with their friends to very effectively remove 2 key players
    from our roster to secure their victory. Maybe xbox should look into contacting the account holder and assume some resemblance of due process.
