So you ban people for nothing now

so my brother got communication banned for harassment for this

Seems legit considering he said 1 sentence and the guy kept going on afterwards even though he didn't need to message him at all in the first place. You guys need to get your together banned for harassing someone more like getting banned for being harassed.

Im getting real tired of you xbox, i get banned a few weeks ago for nothing, and now im banned again from communication after ive been gone for a week, this is complete bulls**t , alll you do is ban the people who do barely anything and just let the cyberbullies
keep doing it, get your stuf together and ban the people who actually need banning, i did nothing wrong and now midway through a 7 day ban please remove the ban or at least review and tell me why i got banned gamertag :

 

nope you gotta realize A suspensions are rarely instant

It could've been from weeks ago

B all reports are reviewed not by one person but multiple people in teams before an suspension issued

C very important

Anything you say is accountable to the terms of use

Meaning it can be from a year ago and is finally reported you are held accountable

It does not matter who started it everyone who breaks the rules and is reported will be punished

It's your account and you're responsible for it. If you violate the Code of Conduct or Terms of Use with your account, then it's your account that will be penalized.

Playstation is going to have their own enforcement process as well.

 

I actually haven't played xbox in a while and it's a new account. I came on to play a few games and got harrased by the guy spamming me so yeah I called him a mug? Because clearly he has no idea how the game is to be played. He is literally the only person
I have replied to and I message people I know in real life. I do not use voice communication in games and only join party chat with my brothers. So how do I get banned instantly after sending that message? Makes no sense what so ever.
