    Still getting the exact same problem now even though all the network stuff says it's working fine. Tried everything i can think of (clearing cache, downloading in the background while console is off... you name it, i’ve tried it) Getting beyond a joke now,
    can you please atleast give us some updates on the situation Xbox?

    I'm in Australia, the region is definitely set to Australia, bought it from the store on my console and I do not use a VPN. As I've mentioned a few times now this exact same issue has happened before more than once.

    Something I've noticed that hasn't been brought up in any of your threads, does your account region match your physical location?

    Is the language region too?

    Its very important to note that when we say region we mean country and yes it matters

    So if you are trying to download english content in germany it will not work

    Region independence is only an xbox one feature not backwards compatibility

    To check your region goto accounts.microsoft.com

    Continents arent regions

    Also if you use.google dns or a vpn that would be why

    Use your actual dns

    As google dns uses a us Ip not your local ip

    I have a similar problem when I try to download a game, when I reach the 70/80 % the download Stop, and when I go to My Games list the game isn't there...I'll try to clean the cache so I'll try to solve the problem with this.

    Can't purchase marketplace content!

    Support finally sent me an email telling me that they fixed the problem and that I should be able to purchase content again. So I tried to purchase the DLC I've been trying to purchase for about a month now and it finally downloaded it. The email offers
    no explanation as to what the problem was, but for anyone with this problem, contacting support is the way to go.
