So Why is the Xbox PC App so Bad?

It is really bad. Like the presentation and organization is fine. But it functions like someone's first time using a website maker. Like seriously there are so many performance issues and such a lack of basic mechanics that aren't in it that fan websites
have had to be made just to do the things this app is so terrible at doing. Like it is easily the least stable app I have on my computer, it crashes more than anything else, and it runs so so so slowly. It amazes me that Microsoft, a COMPUTER company can't
make a competent PC app. Just side windows in the app like the friends tab can take 15 seconds just to load in.

The worst thing is it is missing basic functions that people have been asking for for well over a year and they still won't do anything for it. Like the game clips feature is so bad. "Hey I've ran out of space for my game clips on xbox live, but I don't
want to delete them, I know I'll just go onto the Xbox app and download all of them on my PC which has plenty of space. Oh wait let me just spend the next two hours awkwardly doing that because there's no download all or even select all function in the app.
So if I want to download my game clips on to my PC I have to go to each game clip individually, scroll down, hit the download button, let the whole freakin app load so I can click on the next clip since apparently clicking another clip takes 5 seconds just
to allow you to do it, and repeat for like 150 clips/screenshots". If literally, and I do mean literally, literally every single community site made for these game DVR things can put in a "download all" button, you can too Microsoft. It wouldn't even be so
bad if the whole interface wasn't so unresponsive. Like if I could just keep my mouse on one spot, click the download button, arrow key to the next one instantly, repeat, that would be worse than just a "download all" button, but at least it wouldn't be near
as garbage as it is now. But no, because some genius programmer decided to format it the way it is, arrow keys move from group to group not clip to clip, and for some dumb reason each clip you have to scroll down to find the download button just to download
it, and of course after pressing it you can't just instantly go to the next clip, no that would be way to advanced for modern technology, no you get to wait like 5 seconds just to press the next clip. This would not be so bad for 10 clips or so, but for me
and a lot of people who like to record things, all these minor inconveniences and time absorbers stack up. It's clunky, just horribly designed, a complete waste of time, and makes something incredibly simple and easy into a complex and frustrating affair.
Like is it so hard just to make your app work and put basic functions after so long of people asking for it and complaining about it.

And it's not like the phone app is any better, half the time it just decides it isn't going to load a clip or screenshot, and the other half of the time it struggles for it's life just to start up. Again, Microsoft you literally make phones, is it so hard
to make an app work on one of the two platforms it exists on? If I can load an entire 40 minute 1080p youtube video in about 5 seconds, then I should be able to load a 30 second 720p game clip within a minute. Or idk, just open one of the in app tabs that
are like basic functions.

Idk maybe I'm just being too critical. But personally I think being required to spend literally hours of time to do something that can be accomplished in a couple seconds and has been implemented by third party websites yet not the main company, is insanely
stupid and needs to be fixed for Microsoft to be taken seriously as a web development company.

Xbox music only plays 30 seconds on Xbox 360 but full songs on PC

On my Xbox 360, the Xbox Music app only plays 30 seconds of songs, but on my PC, the Xbox Music app plays full songs. Why can I play full songs on the PC but only 30 seconds on the Xbox?

 

Star Club for Android app

Hi, I would like to know why or when the Star Club will be available for the Android app? It is available on the PC, so why is it not on the app yet?

 

The app is garbage, it disallows me from using my mic to speak in parties for literally no reason, it works perfectly on every other communication application, but on the Xbox App it just blasts static down the mic. Broken ass app please fix.
