    So why cant i get my account unbanned/un-suspended from toxic players falsley spam...


    So recently i was playing COD and i was killing this player over and over with a sniper. He gets angry and falsely accuses me of cheating and i reponded politely both in game and in xbox messaging. They he invites me to a party, cusses me out and calls me names, then reports my profile pic and gets his friends to report it as well. Next thing you know im suspended and cant play online games or talk to my friends. For the record my profile picture is a picture of me in the Marine corps… nothing bad is shown in the photo at all. Can someone please help me, i cant submit an appeal either.

    as for my penalty on my account I been with xbox fan an player for over 12 years an this year , has been not the greatest experince due to so many trolling players online , which for many reasons spam my account with negative feed back ( reported ) for example
    being ok good team player dominate player , they team kill me harrass me report me an I get suspended or say a comp ban , I did lots of research online searhing up how to get ban an youtube there many people telling veiwers how to get players suspended and
    such , I'm not going to say I was the good player at times I have sent or said things in return but its that bad I had to set my account to play offline so player cant view my page or more hoping it will.
